Developed three-year program Food for Tomorrow to empower food entrepreneurs in the Balkans and Sweden in their work to create sustainable food systems. The project was developed and executed in partnership with Living Cities.

New ambitious, organic challenger in the baby food market founded by Silvia Wulff and chefs Mikkel Marbjerg and Nikolaj Kirk. We developed a new business plan for Lovemade aiming at focusing on production set-up and scaling in retails.

After a period of strong growth, Cocks & Cows wanted to prepare for the future. We developed a two-year business plan focusing on sustainable growth and future customers for the gastro-burger chain. Malmö is a leader in urban food strategy in Scandinavia with a set of ambitious goals for public meals and food waste in the urban food system. We developed a new action-oriented initiative aiming at collective action from a multitude of private and public stakeholders in the whole food system.
