Food for Tomorrow
with Swedish Institute

Sustainable Development Platform / Partnerships / Communication Campaign

Developed three-year program Food for Tomorrow to empower food entrepreneurs in the Balkans and Sweden in their work to create sustainable food systems. The project was developed and executed in partnership with Living Cities.

New ambitious, organic challenger in the baby food market founded by Silvia Wulff and chefs Mikkel Marbjerg and Nikolaj Kirk. We developed a new business plan for Lovemade aiming at focusing on production set-up and scaling in retails.

After a period of strong growth, Cocks & Cows wanted to prepare for the future. We developed a two-year business plan focusing on sustainable growth and future customers for the gastro-burger chain. We assisted the organisation in implementing the strategy into new products, internal educational and external communication.
